The Game of Sevens

The Game of Sevens is a clapping game with seven active sounds and one rest. Each pattern is repeated, and there are a total of seven patterns (four unique patterns, then they are repeated in opposite order): 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1

This game can be played while listening to or singing with songs in duple or quadruple meter.
