Beth’s Notes retains student information only for as long as necessary to provide the requested educational services and to meet applicable contractual and legal obligations. Upon termination of a school’s agreement with Beth’s Notes, or upon a school’s request, Beth’s Notes will delete or de-identify student information within a commercially reasonable period following termination of the agreement or receipt of the school’s request, unless a longer retention period is required by law or reasonably necessary to resolve legal, security, or administrative matters.
