My dad, Paul Albert,
would sing this to my sisters and I when we were growing up in the 60’s.

I forget where I learned this song, summer camp I thought but my girls say no. Anyway I taught it in school dividing the room into two and assigning ham and flip to one half and eggs and flop to the other half. You had to stand on your words. I directed. It was a good warm up.
