Movement
- Ms. 1-3 = Facing left, on each beat stomp with the left foot and brush hands together with an up and down motion.
- Ms. 4 = Facing front, step left, right, left on the rhythm of “roparte” while extending the left elbow out to the left at shoulder height.
- Ms. 5-8 = Same as 1-4 with opposite feet and hands.
- Ms. 9 = Facing front, stomp with left foot and extend left elbow out to the left at shoulder height.
- Ms. 10 = Same as ms. 9 with right foot and elbow.
- Ms. 11, Beat 1 = While looking down to the left, stomp left and clap hands down near left knee.
- Ms. 11, Beat 2 = Same as beat 1 with right foot and hands.
- Ms. 11, Beat 3 = Hop on right foot and clap with arms extended over right shoulder.
- Ms. 12-13 = Same as ms. 9-10 with opposite feet and arms.
- Ms. 14 = Put left hand crossed over on chest while right hand swoops down from right to left while pivoting on the left foot to the left.
- Ms. 15-18 = Standing facing left with weight on the left foot and right foot behind, cross right hand over heart (both arms are crossed over the chest) while right hand pulses up and down on chest four times (downbeat of each measure).
