Kiša pada

Lyrics - Serbian

(Serbian / Croatian folk song)

Kiša pada, trava raste, gora zeleni,
Kiša pada, trava raste, gora zeleni.

U toj gori raste drvo tanko visoko,
U toj gori raste drvo tanko visoko.

Pod njim sedi moja seja, a ja pored nje,
Pod njim sedi moja seja, a ja pored nje.

It’s raining, the grass is growing, the mountain is green,
It’s raining, the grass is growing, the mountain is green.

In that mountain grows a thin tree,
In that mountain grows a thin tree.

My sister is sitting under it, and I am sitting next to it,
My sister is sitting under it, and I am sitting next to it.
