Lyrics
(Folk song)
Needle’s eye, thou dost supply
The threat that runs so truly;
Many a beau, have I let go
Because I wanted you.
Because I wanted you,
Because I wanted you,
Many a beau, have I let go
Because I wanted you.
Game
Two students are “It” and hold both hands up and form an arch while the rest of the students form a line and walk beneath the arch. On the word “you,” the students drop their hands around one of the students in line. That student chooses one of the “It” students and takes their place holding the hands of the other “It”. The former “It” forms a line behind the new student. Game continues until all students have had a turn being “It.”
