Lyrics
(American folk song)
1. Mary wore her red dress, red dress, red dress,
Mary wore her red dress, All day long.
2. Mary wore her red hat…
3. Mary wore her red shoes…
4. Mary wore her red gloves…
5. Mary made a red cake…
6. Where’d you get your shoes from?
7. Got them from the dry goods…
8. Where’d you get your butter from?
9. Got it from the grocery…
10. Mary was a red bird…
Idea: Change the lyrics to name the students in class and sing what they are wearing or doing.
