I would translate “saita” as “blooming” or “have bloomed”

    The tulips have bloomed
    red, white, yellow
    All in a row
    Each you behold is beautiful.

or for rhyming in English and keeping the spirit:

    Blooming tulips
    row after row
    of red, white, and yellow
    Each beautiful, though.
