Lyrics
(Folk song)
Little Sally Walker, walkin’ down the street,
She / He didn’t know what to do, so she / he stopped in front of me,
She / He said, “Hey girl / boy, do your thing, do your thing and switch!”
Hey girl / boy, do your thing, do your thing and switch!
Game
Students stand in a circle while one person in the center (“It”) walks around the inside of the circle and stops in front of a student on the word “stopped.” “It” does a motion. On the word “switch,” “It” trades places with the student. Then the new student does a motion and becomes the new “It” as the game begins again.
